- no carbohydrates (pasta, rice all potatoes, legumes, breads, or cereals)
- no fruit or fruit juice
- no rooted vegetables (beets, carrots, etc.)
- no nuts
- no soda
- no candy, chocolate bars, chips
- NO CHEATING!
