The Basics

The basics:


  • no alcohol
  • no dairy (with the exception of 1oz milk in coffee/tea only)
  • no carbohydrates (pasta, rice all potatoes, legumes, breads, or cereals)
  • no fruit or fruit juice
  • no rooted vegetables (beets, carrots, etc.)
  • no nuts
  • no soda
  • no candy, chocolate bars, chips
  • NO CHEATING!
