Recipes Using Ideal Protein Packets

There are many recipes I have gathered and posted to my Pinterest Page. I have tried many but not all.

One of my favorites is the chocolate waffle made with the chocolate pudding packet. Yum! You can use any of the puddings and add WF syrup for an extra sweet treat!

Potato Puree packet mixed with 2 egg whites, 1 tsp baking powder, water & seasoning & then grilled in skillet. I added some smoked salmon, watercress, & green onion.
